The manual notch milling machine is used to quickly and precisely produce U-shaped or V-shaped notches on standardised plastic test samples. These samples are then used for Charpy, Izod or tensile impact tests or to determine notched impact strength in accordance with ASTM, ISO, DIN or other standards. Replaceable notching knives with a constant profile (angle and radius) are used.
The pendulum impact tester enables testing across the entire spectrum of plastic impact testing, Charpy, Izod, impact and Dynstat in accordance with ISO and ASTM standards.
